Privacy policy
This explains what this site collects when you join the newsletter, buy a class or plan, or send a message, and what happens to it.

Who we are
This site is run by Denise Culbreth ([business name and postal address]). Questions about your data go through the contact page.
What we collect and why
We only collect what each feature needs:
- Newsletter: your email address, so we can send the weekly email. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Purchases: your email address and what you bought, so we can unlock your classes, send receipts and sign-in links, and set up coaching or training. Stripe handles payment details; we never see or store your card number.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, sent to Denise by email so she can reply.
Cookies and local storage
Signing in to your class library sets one cookie, library_session. It keeps you signed in on that device for up to 90 days, can't be read by page scripts, and is removed when you sign out. Library sign-in links work for 7 days.
If you close or answer the newsletter invitation, your browser remembers that in local storage so it doesn't keep asking. It never leaves your device.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Services we rely on
Each of these handles data for us under its own privacy terms:
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- Resend: sending email and keeping the newsletter list.
- Vercel: hosting this site and counting visits.
- YouTube and Spotify: class videos and the playlist. Their players load only when you press play, and videos play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages are kept as long as we need to answer them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send a request through the contact page and we'll take care of it.
This site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
